Aisling Bea

Aisling was born March 16 1984 at Kildare Ireland. She is one of Ireland's most successful and popular comedians. Bea was on QI together with Stephen Fry. Aisling Cliodhnadh Sullivan (born 16 March 1984) who is also known by the name Aisling bea, is an Irish comedian actor, writer and director. After playing bits on a number of Irish and British TV shows from 2009, Bea began her career as a stand-up comic in the year 2011. Bea began performing regularly on sketch comedy and sitcoms from 2012. She began appearing regularly in panel shows following the win of an award at in the Edinburgh Comedy Awards. She was a member of the 8 Out of 10 Cats team from 2016 to 2017 and was regularly a contestant on the spinoff show, 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. She was born in the family of Brian O'Sullivan and his wife, she was blessed with one sister called Sinead. She was in 2012 the second woman to ever receive the So You Think you're Funny award. Her surname is Bea in honor of her deceased father. Aisling O'Sullivan, also referred to as Cliodhnadh Aisling was born in Kildare town, which is located in County Kildare. Bea's father Brian was an equine vet, who committed suicide after Bea turned three, was the suicide victim. Bea was informed of his suicide only after the age of thirteen. As a way to honor her father, she took the stage name Bea and, in the year 2017, she wrote an article on suicides in her family members for The Guardian. Bea was raised with her older sister Sinead with Helen Moloney. Helen is a secondary teacher, jockey trainer and former professional racer. They were obsessed with race meetings as well as horses. Bea started out her career as a tour-guide for the Irish National Stud. However, she realized early on that racing wasn't for her.
